Thieves oil & ImmuPower oil on the arches of the feet, 4-6 drops each, 4-6x/day.

Oils such as any eucalyptus variety, myrtle, RC, Raven, and Breathe Again on chest 4-6x/day.

NingXia Red, I highly recommend making a shot glass in the morning with 3 drops each of frankincense or Sacred frankincense, copaiba, and either tangerine or orange oils, then 1 oz. of NingXia Red. Drink, then pour in another oz. of NingXia Red to get the essential oils stuck to the side of the shot glass.

Nasal swab – make an ointment with Young Living’s Animal Scents or Rose ointments, then add in Egyptian Gold oil blend and Exodus II oil blend (this is currently out of stock, you can add in ImmuPower oil instead). For me, I used about 1/4 c. of ointment base with 5 drops of each oil blend. Mix it up. Take a clean q-tip and get some ointment on it, then apply it up each nostril (not far, just where it’s comfortable). Do this at least once a day, or more when needed (up to 3x/day)

Turmeric, I use Young Living’s Golden Turmeric

Oil pulling in the morning with 1 drop of Thieves oil on your tongue followed by about 1 1/2 tsp. of sunflower or refined sesame oil, swish and work through your mouth for 15-20 minutes, spit into a jar, rinse your mouth well, brush teeth. Do this first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything.

Liposomal glutathione

Fresh-squeezed veggie juice. Things like carrots, celery, parsley, bell pepper, cucumber, and beet.

Avoid sugar, processed foods, white flour

I would also say geranium and lemon essential oils over the heart and on the feet 2x/day. Lemon oil can sensitize your skin to the sun, so don’t put it on topically if you’re about to go outside in the sun.
