Make Sure You’re Not Caught Off Guard
Growing up as a child, I had a mother who gardened, canned tomatoes, made her own strawberry jam, and had a stash of several pounds of wheat and rice in the garage. I guess you could say I was raised in a culture of preparedness. But it wasn’t until about 4 years ago that I began to take preparedness seriously.
From my past few years in the preparedness realm, I can say that there are appear to be two basic types of preppers. First, there are those who purchase items, tuck them in their closets and basements and consider themselves prepared. And second, there are those who purchase preparedness items and start using them in their daily life. This allows them be more self-sufficient, save money, and know how to use their preparedness items should the time come where they would have to live off of them.
Those who make preparedness and self-sufficiency part of their lifestyle are infinitely more prepared even than those with a basement full of food and supplies. They know which food storage items work best for their family and save money on grocery expenses. For instance, they’ll continue to invest in the bulk peanut butter or flats of coconut milk when they go on sale, and leave the enormous cans of refried beans alone.
One of my major goals with Essential Survival is empowering people to be prepared to handle the types of injury and disease that can occur with natural disasters. In addition to a first aid kit, which everybody should obviously have on hand, I know of nothing more powerful for first aid than therapeutic-grade essential oils. Buying my book on using the oils for natural first aid and as natural antibiotics is a great first step. Buying the oils themselves is another hugely important step. I applaud all of you, my clients, who have taken either or both of these actions!
Beyond the threats of wounds, concussions, broken bones, and infectious disease that people focus on when they think of medical preparedness, it is also my goal to empower as many people as I can to use these essential oils, along with lifestyle changes and possibly a few nutritional supplements, to improve their health NOW. It is my conviction that ultimate medical preparedness comes when an individual or family is as healthy and independent from doctors and Western medicine as possible.
With 50% of our nation dependent on prescription drugs and the #1 cause of death in an economic collapse projected to be lack of access to medicines, those who fail to take precautions now for their health could be in for it! I recommend my book Medical Preparedness for Adults where I show how I got off 4 prescription drugs I previously couldn’t function without and you can too! Stay tuned for my soon-to-be-released ebooks Medical Preparedness for Families with Children & Teens, Medical Preparedness for Seniors, and Medical Preparedness for Pregnancy, Childbirth, & Infant Care.
In recent years I have been able to take care of the following conditions myself: shingles, severe insomnia, shock, migraines, hypothyroid, atrial fibrillation (heart palpitations), liver detoxification, and an ovarian cyst.. Please note that I would have gone to a doctor, but I tried the oils and supplements first and NEVER NEEDED to call the doctor! This is in addition, of course, to the dozens of ways I’ve used the oils for such issues as burns, insect bites, allergies, acne, back pain, and much more.
My goal is to come along side you and help you make medical preparedness part of your lifestyle, while you reap the benefits of more vibrant health, personal empowerment, and saving money. Please let me know how I can help!
